Defend the Constitution
Protect due process, the Second Amendment, privacy, and every right that belongs to the people—not to Washington.
★ Independent for Congress • Kentucky’s 5th District ★
Gerardo Serrano is running to return power to the people, defend constitutional rights, and put Eastern Kentucky ahead of Washington politics.
“My loyalty is not to a political party. It is to the Constitution and to the people I am asking to serve.”
Gerardo Serrano 🌶️An independent voice for Eastern Kentucky
Gerardo Serrano lives in Jackson County and is running as an Independent for the United States House of Representatives in Kentucky’s 5th Congressional District.
After the federal government seized his truck over five bullets—even though there was no firearm and no criminal conviction—Gerardo fought for years to get his property back. That experience made the Constitution personal.
He is running because Eastern Kentucky deserves a representative who will ask hard questions, read the bills, defend individual rights, and answer to the people instead of a political machine.
Principle before party
Gerardo’s test is simple: Is it constitutional? Is it honest? Does it serve the people of Kentucky’s 5th District?
Protect due process, the Second Amendment, privacy, and every right that belongs to the people—not to Washington.
No American should lose property without being charged and convicted. Government must prove its case before taking what is yours.
Bring federal attention home to reliable infrastructure, affordable energy, local jobs, family farms, and communities too often ignored.
Demand stand-alone votes, honest budgets, and an end to endless wars and massive bills written behind closed doors.
People paid into Social Security for a lifetime. Congress must protect it and confront insolvency before the crisis arrives.
No party boss, lobbyist, or president should come before the Constitution or the people of Kentucky’s 5th District.
A real choice in November
More than the required number of voter signatures put an Independent candidate before the people of Kentucky’s 5th District.
This campaign is built on direct conversations with voters—at their doors, in their communities, and across Eastern Kentucky.
Make a plan to vote and bring someone with you. A republic only works when its citizens participate.
